A spark plug reading show the right side rich, but the left side looks perfect. I have uneven SS headers with the stock muffler. All tune-up items are up to spec: TB-balance, valve lash clearance, TPS. It's also set up with a PC-III.
Any idea as to why fuel delivery is uneven? It's possible that the right side injector is leaking. Thinking of swapping the injectors to see if the symptom moves with it...
I also noticed that when revving the motor it sounds kinda like its out of balance but the vacuum meter shows near perfect balance.

Quota running rich on one side.

Is the balance good at 3 -4k? These are a bear to get dialed in.

Yup, nearly perfect at 4k rpm. I have another posting where I explain how to balance a Quota TB. Not balanced at idle though - air bypass is closed per MPH recommendation.
