T3 - Front rotors

I have a T3 with stock Borrani wheels and Brembo brakes/rotors (300mm I believe). Can anyone tell me whether discs from later models will bolt up to the wheels and work with the calipers without significant modification? Thanks

On my 850T I installed a pair of EBC "semi-rigid" rotor discs from Vintage Brake with Ferodo Platinum pads & it was fabulous. Not cheap though:
