My Eldo rebuild is at the cam choice point. Are the choices for a street motor just the b10 regrind from MG Cycle or the Megacycle x10? Is there a noticeable performance difference between these two?

I'm sure you will get other opinions, but for an Eldorado that is for street use, I'd stay with the stock cam. Making more go on a bike that doesn't have much whoa just doesn't make sense to me.

I can't give you any comparison data between the two grinds, but I know I really like the B10 cam I put in my Ambassador.

Of course, I'm now moving in the direction of adding disc front brakes. It is a slippery slope :>
